Baby Roos easy to lead, says Ziebell

APART from North Melbourne's winless start to the season, new captain Jack Ziebell is enjoying leading the club.

Ziebell said the young team was finding its feet after the departures of Brent Harvey, Michael Firrito, Drew Petrie, Nick Dal Santo and Daniel Wells.

He said the Kangaroos have the right attitude.

"The group we have ... is very easy to lead," he said.

"They're very eager to learn, the effort they show on the weekend is second to none."

The young Roos will be tested by the GWS Giants on Saturday in Hobart in Ziebell's 150th game for the club.

Ziebell is confident of beating the Giants.

"We're more than capable of matching it with any midfield in the competition, which is exciting," he said.
