WALLABIES coach Michael Cheika's crystal ball will get a serious workout before he confirms his squad to try to reclaim the Bledisloe Cup at Eden Park on Saturday night.
Cheika has pulled all the right reins with his team selections and game replacements, producing a perfect start to the international season, including Saturday night's first win over the All Blacks in 10 Tests in Sydney.
He faces some huge calls again for the rematch in Auckland, particularly at halfback where last weekend's hero Nic White has put serious pressure on incumbent No.9 Nick Phipps.
Lock Dean Mumm (pictured, left), who was outstanding in Sydney, said the All Blacks' amazing record at Eden Park - they haven't lost to Australia at the ground since 1986 - meant the Wallabies would have to go up another level.
"There's a huge step in front of us that others have failed to take," he said.
