Artist in international exhibition

LOCAL Bellingen artist, John Tuckwell, is one of three Australians to have their work selected for an international exhibition, Ceramica Multplex 2012, as part of the Fourth International Festival of Postmodern Ceramics, to be held in Croatia and Austria.

More than four hundred artists from around the world submitted work for the exhibition.

The piece that Tuckwell submitted, 'In Place,' is one of a series inspired by Cathedral Rock National Park.

John will be presenting a workshop 'Runny Porcelain' on his clay techniques for the Coastal Claymakers on Saturday, July 28 and Sunday 29, at the Ceramic Studio TAFE, Glenreagh St.

For further information regarding the workshop contact Kathy Gibbings on 0439 508 293.
