This is the boat of dreams

Visitors to the Coffs Harbour International Marina could be forgiven for thinking this 24m motor cruiser was the toy for local some movie star. But, just to set the record straight, the $4 million water baby, the Iopener, is owned by Melbourne husband-and-wife team Anthony (pictured) and Kerry Podesta. Calling it their 'holiday house on water', the Podestas have owned the boat for almost three years and this is the second time they have dropped anchor at Coffs Harbour. The Warren Yacht is Australian made and sleeps eight, has four bathrooms, four plasma televisions and also a full gallery kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. The Podestas left Sydney for their adventure by sea just before Christmas and, so far, they have visited Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stevens and Coffs Harbour. This morning, the couple are hoping to leave for Yamba, and their journey is due to finish in two weeks. Inset: A sneak preview of how the other half lives can be seen here in the luxurious lounge and galley.
