RTA wants help tofind route options

IF you want to have your say on the Pacific Highway upgrading north of Woolgoolga, planners want to hear from you.

The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) wants to identify route options for the proposed 28km Woolgoolga to Wells Crossing upgrade.

The RTA has appointed GHD Pty Ltd to manage investigations in the study area which starts at Arrawarra Creek and ends 1.8km north of the highway intersection with Parker Road, south of Wells Crossing.

Comments from members of the community, affected landowners and government agencies will be considered in identifying route options. A community liaison group has been operating since last December.

For further information, call the project information line on 1800 154 724, email communityinput@ghd.com.au or visit the RTA website at www.rta.nsw.gov.au/ pacific.
