No queue for the loo

JOHN Logan knows all too well how it's the little things that can make or break an event, so for tonight's Xavier Rudd concert he has left nothing to chance in creating an enjoyable experience for all who attend.

First on the agenda for the event organiser ? after securing Xavier and his support acts ? was the toilet situation.

"I know it's not a nice subject, but I have been to many events and some of the toilets have been disgraceful. Everyone has had bad portaloo experience and it can leave a bad mark on an otherwise great experience," Mr Logan said.

Solving this problem, concert-goers tonight will instead enjoy an up-to-date, clean new toilet facility supplied by Just Loos.

Making sure the toilets, which are on a semi-trailer, stay clean throughout the night will be owner David Owen who will act as attendant.

Next on the agenda was food.

"Not all people like to eat a meat pie with a side of chips, so we have gone to a lot of trouble in offering a wide variety of alternative and beautiful food," Mr Logan said.

In an effort to create a mini-festival atmosphere, a licensed bar will operate and market stalls will also be on site as will some rides for the kids.

Gates will open at 4pm with tickets available from the box office from 3pm.
