A MAN and a woman will face court next month after simultaneous drug raids at Woolgoolga, Mullaway and Halfway Creek.
Police seized 20 kilograms of cannabis leaf, with a potential street value of $400,000, and a large amount of cash during Monday's impressive early morning swoop.
Coffs/Clarence Target Action Group (TAG) officers recently formed Strike Force Bayan to conduct ongoing investigations into commercial cannabis cultivation and supply on the North Coast.
The TAG police were joined on Monday's raids by the Police Air Wing, the Dog Squad, Mid North Coast Local Area Command police, Grafton detectives and the Operational Support Group.
A Mullaway man, 35, was arrested at Mullaway's Orchid Road and charged with drug possession.
A Woolgoolga woman, 46, was arrested in Strawberry Close at Woolgoolga and charged with cocaine supply. Both were conditionally bailed to appear in Coffs Harbour Local Court on June 19.
"These were significant arrests for our local Target Action Group," Coffs/ Clarence crime manager, Detective Chief Insp. Jason Breton said.
"The message here is our plainclothes and undercover police will act on all information to eradicate drugs in our local community."
