Make over a beauty

Nothing boosts the self-esteem like being treated to a make over ? just ask Brooke Moss (pictured getting a manicure) and Christie O'Brien (front). Brooke and Christie were among a group of 10 ladies who took part in the six-week course 'Me, Myself and I' facilitated by Coffs Harbour Challenge's Community Links program and in conjunction with CASS Training College. The course covered topics such as skin care, personal hygiene, grooming, make up, nutrition and exercise. Community Links offer a variety of programs for people with disabilities, focusing on providing a meaningful experience, skill development and creating an understanding between the community, people with a disability and service providers.
