Fred flies into Coffs for meet

VETERAN NSW politician and Christian values campaigner Fred Nile arrived in Coffs Harbour yesterday.

Reverend Nile was greeted at the Coffs Harbour regional airport by Paul Green, Christian Democratic Party Senate candidate for the upcoming Federal election.

Fred Nile and Shoalhaven City Councillor Paul Green were the guest speakers at a dinner at the Coffs Ex-Services Club last night.

Their topic was How Do You Legislate Morality.

"I'm here in support of Paul's campaign, and to mobilise for the Federal election," Rev Nile said.

"Coffs Harbour is a very important regional electorate. We've always had a lot of support in Coffs Harbour."

The pair also visited the Coffs Harbour Education Campus for a Meet the Candidates event.

After a short one-day stopover in Coffs Harbour, they plan to continue on to Tamworth and Narrabri, where, as a part of a Government inquiry, they will meet with regional farmers to discuss if there's enough support available.
