Bail for station manager



FORMER 2CHY community radio station manager Jason Roe appeared in Coffs Harbour Local Court again yesterday.

Mr Roe, 33, of Brighton, Brisbane, has been charged with fraudulent misappropriation of funds in excess of $150,000.

The case was adjourned to November 28, with bail conditions to continue.

Under the terms of the bail conditions, Mr Roe is required to appear daily at the Sandgate Police Station which is a four-minute walk from his Brisbane home. He is not permitted to apply for a passport or undertake travel.
