Beware the scammers using PayPal to bait hook
READER'S STORY: I had an email yesterday saying that my transaction for a purchase had been paid by PayPal.
It said below that if you want to cancel this transaction click below.
I knew I had not made this purchase and luckily I rang PayPal rather than click here.
It is a scam and as soon as you click it open it asks you for your login details and then the scammers have your pay pal details.
The site was ilovebargainx@gmail.com which is a legitimate ebay seller and they are using their details to con buyers.
The email looked completely the same but PayPal always address you by your name.
Scammers usually just hello or hi.
Google ilovebargainx@gmailmail.com and you will see a Facebook site and other comments about this new scam.
