Another injury blow for Knights forward Robbie Rochow

THE season has just gone from bad to worse for Newcastle Knights forward Robbie Rochow.

After an eight-week absence earlier in the year following surgery for bulging discs in his back, the 24-year-old lock has just had an operation to repair a broken forearm he suffered in last Friday night's 44-22 loss to the Broncos.

That could cost him another eight weeks on the sideline which would effectively end his 2015 season.

Panthers fullback Matt Moylan has also had a setback in his recovery from a long-term foot injury.

After initially expecting to miss six weeks after tearing ligaments in the round 12 loss to Parramatta, Moylan is now targeting Penrith's round 24 clash with St George Illawarra at WIN Stadium.

Meanwhile, the Dragons have signed Storm utility Kurt Mann for 2016, and forwards Mark Ioane (Titans) and Luke Page (Raiders) for the remainder of 2015.
