COFFS Harbour Show Society is offering local real estate agents the opportunity to get the jump on the competition in terms of publicity.

The Society is inviting agents to sponsor a show jump at the 2010 Coffs Harbour Show on May 7, 8 and 9 and have their sign included in one of the jumps.

Showjumping is popular with spectators, so the sponsorship is expected to give agents a good run for their money, if not a clear round on each occasion.

With plenty of jumps available, the initiative might be the start of a major new competition. Property sales and showjumping have a considerable amount in common. Buying a property requires the buyer to take the bit in his or her teeth and take a leap of faith.
