Agent steps out with new brand

COFFS Coast agent Shane Hessenberger has opened his own real estate agency under the Harcourts brand.

Shane has been the business since 2010 and said his longevity and success to date lies in his ability to be genuine with clients.

"I do what I say I do, I am not pretending, I don't tell a story, and if I don't like something I will tell you," Shane said.

"I feel sellers and buyers appreciate the truth and the idea of an agent being upfront. I feel if you be yourself, true business will follow and people like you for who you are and are happy to deal with you."

Shane believes the Coffs Coast's ideal climate is what keeps our local property market in good stead, attracting sellers locally and abroad.

"We see a lot of buyers from South Africa for example settling in Coffs Harbour due to the climate. It's a terrific area, it offers buyers the coastal lifestyle, with everything within an easy drive, there are no long ques to access shops, entertainment, cafes, services and the fun stuff."

Shane said he's happy to be bringing the Harcourts way of business to local buyers.

"Harcourt's technology stood out, the apps, the format of the CRM, the user-friendly nature of the system generally in finding information, I believe it will save both myself and my clients a lot of time," he said.

The Harcourts Coffs Harbour office is located at the Jetty at Suite 4 - 15 Orlando Street above the Supply Speciality Coffee & Bar.
