Advice from horse master

EQUESTRIAN folk are about to receive advice from a master of the horse.

Carlos Tabernaberri, author of Through The Eyes Of The Horse, has accepted an invitation from friends now based locally, to conduct a series of clinics and give private tuition around the Mid North Coast early next year.

Carlos has been described as the softest horseman to ever touch a horse.

His approach is based on philosophy for a better understanding of what, when and how to be with the animal.

As a boy in Argentina, Carlos learned to ride and train horses in the tradition of classical Spanish riding before developing his own style of horsemanship and, while his classical background has given him a deep understanding of riding skills, the approach is a departure from many aspects of the traditional methods.

He will be in the Bellingen-Coffs Harbour area on January 29-30 and March 26-27.

Anyone interested in further information can call Kim on 0428 554 258 or 6655 0813.

Visit and read about Carlos on his website at www.whisperingacres.com.au.
