A guide to tea parties
MOTHER'S Day came a little early for the mothers of girls in 1st Gympie Guides.
They celebrated with a high tea on Tuesday night, May 6 with the girls, mums and nans dressing up for the occasion in their finest attire.
Tables were set and decorated with sprays of mauve flowers and an assortment of cakes, sandwiches and slices.
A photo booth ensured lots of fun and hilarity with mother and daughter, three-generation and friends photos.
Some spur-of-the-moment entertainment on the piano and also a short rap added to the fun.
