A bit of small talk at new gallery exhibition

WORKS from artists from the Mid North Coast group, The Fibre Artists Network, will be featured in a new exhibition, "A4 Small Talk", at Nexus Gallery from tomorrow.

Ten artists, from a variety of professional backgrounds - painters, potters, primary teachers, art teachers, administrators - have created work in the challenging medium of fibre and textile.

The exhibition will showcase the diversity of talent of this group of artists with contemporary, colourful and inspirational creations in a variety of fibre, from paper and silks to wool and threads.

Focus on humour, technique, colour and imagination, along with presentation, gives this collaboration of works an added element.

Everyone is invited to the opening of "A4 Small Talk" tomorrow from 3pm at Nexus Gallery, at the Old Butter Factory, Bellingen.

If you can't make it along tomorrow, don't panic, this exciting exhibition continues 10am to 4pm daily until July 24.
