Crash on Combine St

UPDATE: It was earlier reported four cars were involved in a collision at the intersection of Combine St and Azalea Ave.

The two other cars at the scene were later found not to have been involved in the crash. 

MONDAY: 6PM

TWO cars were involved in a collision at the intersection of Combine St and Azalea Ave in Coffs Harbour late this afternoon.

At around 5pm, emergency services and Coffs Harbour police were called to the accident.

Ambulance officers assessed those involved in the smash at the scene with reports so far indicating no serious injuries.

It's reported a car turned out from Azaela Ave and struck an eastbound Black Toyota RAV4 on Combine St which lost control, hit an embankment and ploughed into a fence before coming to a halt on Combine St.

Two other vehicles appeared to have been struck.
