THERE is no doubt everyone loves a good 30th birthday bash and what better party could there be to celebrate than with 60,000+ others at the 2011 Optus Gympie Music Muster?

Pre-sales indicate this year’s milestone event will see exceed all expectations with tickets already secured by Muster fans from all over Australia and international purchases also.

With just over a month until the six day festival commences, the 30th birthday celebrations coupled with the massive international and national superstar line-up has ensured a positive outcome for pre-event ticket sales.

Major international acts including Montgomery Gentry, Doc Walker and Jace Everett will compliment the cream of the crop in Australian stars such as Kasey Chambers, John Williamson, James Reyne, Ash Grunwald, Lee Kernaghan, Boy & Bear, Troy Cassar-Daley and Beccy Cole to name just a few.

With more inclusions and special surprises in-store, organizers of the event are encouraging Muster fans and first time planned attendee’s to get in quick and secure their tickets.

“We’re thrilled with the pre-event ticket sales. We had anticipated a good take-up due to not only the Muster’s birthday but also the confirmed entertainment but sales have delivered beyond our initial expectation with still a month left for patrons to purchase their tickets”, said Vickii Cotter, CEO of the Gympie Music Muster Ltd.

The 2011 Optus Gympie Music Muster’s ticket sales allow for the event to not only secure and provide the best live entertainers possible but more importantly allow the event to continue assisting others with over $14 million already raised for charities and community groups across Australia.
