32nd Orara Valley Fair to be held

YESTERDAY saw the first frost in the Orara Valley, which means the Orara Valley Fair must be nearly here – and it is.

Monday will see the 32nd Orara Valley Fair with all its games, displays, stalls and activities take over the Upper Orara Recreation reserve from 10am to 4pm.

There will be all kinds of amusements from sheaf tossing and hay rides to children’s races and games.

A full entertainment program will include singers, dancers, drummers and whip crackers.

The Fair is 15 minutes drive west of Coffs Harbour on Dairyville Road and there will be plenty of free parking but you won’t even need a car.

There will be a free Beaumont’s bus leaving Park Avenue for the Fair at 10am on Monday and the bus will take Fair visitors back to town at 3.15pm.
