100 jobs on offer

IT'S BEEN quite a start to the "100 jobs in eight weeks” campaign for Key Employment.

The numbers are impressive. In the first 30 days of their hottest 100 jobs campaign they placed 52 clients into new jobs.

"The whole team has embraced this idea and are working really hard to promote our jobseekers and our service,” Mike Swarbrick, campaign leader said.

The campaign was the brainchild of Jodi Wood Keys operations manager at Key Employment.

"We knew it was a hot summer and we wanted to bring our own heat to finding jobs,” Ms Wood said.

"And it is working. March may be a little cooler however we are maintaining the heat.”

Isaac Peisker was one client who benefited from the fired-up energy and has started as an apprentice with Beachstone Cafe, Sapphire Beach.

"It's great working with lovely people and I never want it to stop. It's so good I'm speechless,” Mr Peisker said.
