10 signs you live with a toddler

WALKING into a home, there are a few tell-tale signs you've got little humans inhabiting the premises.

While they're amazing and gorgeous in every way, they sure do make for interesting housemates.  

Here are 10 signs you live with a toddler…

  1.  You've had your eyes literally pried open by little fingers in the early hours of the morning more than once.
  2.  You have an extensive art collection around the home… some of it drawn straight onto your walls.
  3. Your washing pile could rival Mt Everest.
  4. You've given up caring about make-up, doing your hair and nice things.
  5.  You're tempted to put a lock on your bedroom door to keep little people out when you and hubby finally get some alone time.
  6.  There is always a little present waiting for you between the couch cushions - food, tissues, un-identified substances.
  7. You regret buying a white leather lounge… actually white anything.
  8.  A sleep in no more than a distant memory.
  9.  The last 10 movies you watched were populated by cartoon characters.
  10. You haven't gone to the toilet without an audience in months.
