VIETNAM veterans understand the pain of loneliness and isolation and that’s exactly why they are reaching out to help Australia’s homeless.

A group of vets has come together to record Angels Beyond the Abyss in a bid to raise much-needed funds for people living on the street.

“Australia’s Vietnam War veterans know what it is like to be disenfranchised,” said Vietnam veteran and creator of the album, Francis Edward.

“We are committed to making a difference to our fellow citizens who find themselves in a similar place today.”

The album is available through ABC Shops, ABC Online and iTunes.

All proceeds will go to the St Vincent de Paul Society, Father Chris O’Riley’s ‘Youth off the Streets’ project and Wesley Mission.
