Yeppoon pair survives Chile quake
YEPPOON'S Brian Power and Debbie Mann were in Chile on the weekend when an 8.8 magnitude earthquake struck, killing hundreds nearby.
A tsunami alert for Australia's east coast followed a massive 8.8-magnitude earthquake on February 27, 2010, which struck off the coast of Chile, killing hundreds and toppling buildings.
