YOUTH Week went off with a blast at the LifeHouse Church today.

Not-for-profit youth mental health service headspace Mid North Coast staged a huge day of activities.

"There was so much happening hip hop classes, a talk from local teen group Free Spirit Girl, a circus skills workshop, belly dancing and a little bit of salsa, it was a great day," headspace Mid North Coast volunteer Freea Fontanella said.

"It was a good turnout with 60 people turning out for the day, it was school holiday fun all to celebrate Youth Week," she said.
