TAKING a dip in the beautiful Boambee Beach water, Castlemagne King doesn't have a care in the world.

But when the gates open tomorrow at 4pm for the Carlton MID Coffs Harbour Gold Cup, the Basil Ryan-trained gelding will be carrying more than the 54kg impost provided by jockey Priscilla Schmidt.

The nine-year-old will also be carrying race fans' hopes of a local win along with the Jim Jarvis pair of Champagne Rock and Mucho Caliente.
