TAYLOR Swift has paid tribute to Rachel Erlandsen, the HSC student, who was tragically killed in an accident along with mother Dixie near Coffs Harbour last month.

During her 1989 tour performance in Brisbane on Saturday, Taylor dedicated the song Mine to Rachel, who died in the double fatality involving an ambulance at Valla Beach on Friday, November 20.

The songstress made the dedication following a social media campaign #mineforrachel started by Rachel's friends, to honour the local teen with her favourite song.

Rachel was due to attend the concert with her friends, who were amazed at the tribute.
