POLICE are continuing their inquiries following an armed hold-up at a Woolgoolga club in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The manager of C.ex Woolgoolga on Boundary Street was confronted by a balaclava-clad man wielding a large machete just after 6am.
The offender stole a sum of cash before running from the club.
The victim, a 62-year-old man, was uninjured in the incident.
Police from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command attended the scene and conducted inquiries.
A crime scene was established and examined by forensics officers.
Local detectives are now seeking public assistance to identify and locate the offender, who's described as being of Caucasian appearance, 188-190cm tall with a thin build.3
At the time of the incident, he was dressed in black clothing from head to toe and had his face concealed with a black balaclava.
