THE rumours are definitely true: INXS is coming to Coffs Harbour.

After 30 amazing years and over 5000 live shows played to 25 million people across 50 countries, INXS have announced their coastal and regional tour with lead singer Ciaran Gribbin.

INXS co founder Andrew Farriss said they've wanted to do this tour for a long time.

"Finally the stars have aligned and we are really excited about getting back to the people who have been our core audience since the outset of the band," he said.

Since signing to their long time manager CM Murphy's label, Petrol Electric in 2009, INXS have been recording and performing live around the world.

"INXS are playing the best performances of their careers", said Petrol Electric Chairman, CM Murphy.  "They look modern, sound amazing and present an internationally acclaimed show".

The show is said to feature a few new gems, plus all the hits that have made them one of Australia's most iconic bands.
