Segways to the skies
TWO extreme tourist operators on the Coffs Coast have joined forces to offer one big adrenaline experience.
Time Out Experiences and Coffs City Sky Divers came together at Novotel Pacific Bay to promote the Coffs Coast as a "destination of good times."
Together the local companies can offer the ultimate package for buck's parties, hen's weekends, family reunions and corporate business functions.
Key to it all are the skydive and the segway.
"It's great for our staff to take part in the segway olympics, it's a real team bonding experience," Coffs City Skydivers Steve Hill said.
"It's important that stakeholders in the local tourism industry work together to promote the Coffs Coast and this is as much about forming partnerships, as it is team building.
Bronson McIntosh of Time Out Experiences said as is the way in a holiday town, the off-season is where every tourist business needs to focus on marketing.
"We are getting the word out about the activities we offer amongst locals, which is great and outside of the peak season we run a lot of activities around the conferences that are held here at Novotel Pacific Bay," Bronson said.
Operators of Time Out Experiences, partners Jason Moran and Ben Nyhuis have tailored their company to offering a fun an relaxing break at corporate conferences.
