THE red team suffered its first casualty at tonight's Biggest Loser elimination.
After the red team fell below the yellow line at weigh-in, Queensland's Brenda Hunt was nominated to take on the black team's Alex Zozi.
Hunt said she was terrified sitting in the hot seat as the contestant's casted their votes and was bitterly disappointed to have to leave the house so early.
"I wanted to make it to at least week six. I had backed myself to get to a point and that wasn't it," she said.
"I was disappointed in myself.
"I wasn't in their long enough to tackle my demons.
"To be honest I had a good nutritionally knowledge I just didn't put it into practice."
Hunt who gave up her job of eight years to be on the show is now living in Sydney.
When she entered the house she weighed 120.7kg has since lost 28kgs and is halfway to her finale goal weight of mid '70s.
"I would be ecstatic to get in the '70s. I would be in the healthy weight range and would be a size 12 which I was ten years ago."
She is currently training twice a week with a personal trainer as well as sessions with her sister who is a personal trainer herself.
As well as the physical transformation she credited her weight lose to giving her more confidence and more energy.
"It's nice to walk into a store and buy clothes that are nice and not just that fit your body.
"But I'm still a work in progress and I'm focused on the end goal."
In the house Hunt revealed their daily calorie intake was 1000-1200 consisting of mostly chicken, fish and veggies with two-four hours of exercise each day.
On the love front, Hunt said there was no one in the house she had her eye on and will continue her search for love on the outside.
Meanwhile, white team contestant Michelle Cortasao, 24, entered the house having never been kissed but can now no longer make that claim.
Blue team contestant, Brisbane's Hamish Elliot, 20, has captured her heart and the pair will get to share a romantic night away later this week.
Simon Hurley, 40, and Lisa Ritherdon, 42, have also found romance in the house.
Kissing can burn around 120-325 calories an hour, or around 2-5 calories a minute.
Engaging in long make-out sessions with your partner is not only good for your relationship; it is also good for your waistline.
A 10 minute session with your partner each morning and each evening could burn up to 100 calories a day.
That's 36,500 calories a year, or just over 4.5kg worth of weight loss.
